1. Controller

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Lovable. When you open the site, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system) to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Data is stored only as long as necessary. Processing in third countries (for example the USA) cannot be ruled out and is based on appropriate safeguards.

3. Getting in touch

When you contact me through the contact form or the "Send" button, your own email app opens with a prepared message. I only receive your details (name, email address, message and, if given, phone number and business name) once you send it. I use them only to answer your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (enquiry, pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. I delete your data once your request is dealt with and no statutory retention duties apply.

4. External links and booking

This site contains links to WhatsApp (Meta), Instagram (Meta), LinkedIn and to appointment booking via Calendly. Simply visiting this website does not transmit any data to these providers. Only when you click a link do you leave my site, and the provider's privacy policy applies. With Calendly you enter your details (name, email, chosen time) directly there; Calendly may process data in the USA.

5. Course pages

The pages for my social media course (career-glow-pages.lovable.app) are a separate offer with their own privacy policy.

6. Storing your language choice

When you switch language, your browser stores this choice locally (Local Storage, entry "ss_lang") so the site appears in your language on your next visit. No cookies are set and no data is sent to me or to third parties. Legal basis: § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, because you make the setting yourself.

7. Fonts

All fonts are hosted locally on this website. No connection to Google Fonts or other font servers is made.

8. No tracking

I do not use analytics, tracking or advertising tools.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21 GDPR). Just write to hello@simplifiedsocial.net. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
